Abstracts that pass the reviewing phase will be notified via email. Accepted abstracts must prepare a poster and/or oral presentation according to the guidelines below.

Poster / E-Poster Deadline

  1. Posters must be prepared entirely in English.
  2. Posters must have A0 portrait size (84.0 cm × 118.8 cm).
  3. The official ROICAM 13 logo must be displayed at the top of the poster. Authors may also include the logo(s) of their affiliated institution(s), provided that the ROICAM 13 logo remains clearly visible.
  4. The official ROICAM 13 poster template and logo are available for download at: bit.ly/PresentationKitROICAM13. Participants are welcome to design and customize their own e-Poster, provided that all required content specified in the guidelines is included.
  5. E-Poster Submission Deadline: 16 August 2026, 23:59 WIB through website roicam.id.
  6. The poster must include the following information:
    • Poster title.
    • Full name(s) of all author(s).
    • Institutional affiliation(s) of all author(s).
    • The name of the presenting author, which must be underlined on the poster.
    • Contact email of the presenting author (optional).
  7. The poster should be organized in a clear and logical format. The recommended sections include:
    • Background
    • Objectives
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References (if applicable)
    • Acknowledgements (optional)
  8. Presenters are NOT REQUIRED to print out their posters.
  9. E-posters will be displayed on our E-poster display in the venue.

  8. Posters should be designed for optimal readability. Authors are encouraged to:
    • Use concise text and clear headings.
    • Present data using figures, tables, and graphs whenever appropriate.
    • Use high-resolution images and graphics.
    • Select font sizes that can be comfortably read from a distance of approximately 1–2 meters.
  9. Posters may be mounted starting at 7:00 AM on the day of the presentation. All posters must be mounted at the designated poster presentation area no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled presentation time. Presenters are responsible for ensuring that their posters are properly displayed before the session begins.
  10. Participants may present their abstract either in Indonesia or English.
  11. Each presenter will be allocated 7 minutes for the poster presentation, followed by 3 minutes for the question-and-answer session. Presenters are expected to remain at their assigned poster throughout the scheduled presentation period. Presenters are expected to adhere strictly to the allocated time.
  12. Poster presentations will be evaluated based on:
    • Scientific merit and originality.
    • Organization, design, and visual quality of the poster.
    • Clarity and effectiveness of the oral presentation.
    • Ability to respond to questions during the discussion.
    • Adherence to the allocated presentation time.
  13. The decisions of the panel of judges are final and binding.

  1. All oral presenters are required to submit an electronic poster (e-poster). The e-poster must comply with the ROICAM 13 Poster Presentation Guidelines, including the required format, layout, and submission requirements.
  2. Presentation slides must be prepared entirely in English using the official ROICAM 13 PowerPoint template, which can be downloaded from: bit.ly/PresentationKitROICAM13

    The submission deadline is 16 August 2026, 23:59 WIB.
  4. Presenters may customize the presentation by adding figures, tables, graphs, animations, or other visual elements to improve clarity and engagement. However, the official ROICAM 13 template, logo, and overall design identity must remain clearly visible throughout the presentation. Embedded videos, audio files, and hyperlinks should be tested in advance to ensure proper functionality during the presentation.
  5. Presentation slides should be organized in a logical and concise manner. The recommended structure includes:
    • Title slide
    • Background
    • Objectives
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Acknowledgements (optional)
    • References (optional)
  6. Presenters are encouraged to:
    • Use concise text and avoid overcrowding slides.
    • Present data using high-quality figures, tables, and graphs whenever appropriate.
    • Use readable fonts and maintain a consistent slide layout.
    • Ensure that all images and graphics are of sufficient resolution for projection.
  7. Presenters are required to be present in their assigned presentation room no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled presentation session begins. Failure to arrive on time may result in adjustments to the presentation schedule at the discretion of the organizing committee.
  8. Presentations may be delivered in Bahasa Indonesia or English, using clear, professional, and scientific language.
  9. Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes for the oral presentation, followed by 5 minutes for the question-and-answer session. The presentation session will be moderated by the assigned moderator, while the panel of judges will evaluate the presentation. Presenters are expected to adhere strictly to the allocated presentation time.

    Oral presentations will be evaluated based on:
    • Scientific merit and originality.
    • Organization and quality of the presentation.
    • Clarity and effectiveness of oral communication.
    • Ability to respond to questions during the discussion.
    • Adherence to the allocated presentation time.

Symposium Registration (Accepted Abstract)

The presenting author receives a complimentary Main Symposium registration voucher (1 abstract = 1 voucher). Workshop registration is separate and may be added in the same checkout.
