Participants are advised not to use non-standard abbreviations, unfamiliar terms, symbols, or acronyms that are not easily understood by the general reader.
Independent expert review
The submitted abstract will be reviewed by at least 3 (three) experts independently after the deadline.
End of July 2026
Abstracts that pass the reviewing phase will be notified via email, and must be made into a poster form.
The top scoring abstract participants will present their poster in person orally at a symposium session
The main author or presenting participant will get free registration for the symposium
All abstracts will be published at the symposium proceedings with ISBN
Posters instructions and more additional information will be announced via email by the end of July 2026.
